Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within Canada.
Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day, which can add one extra day to the delivery estimate.
Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our trusted carriers.
Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Carrier Services
We work with reliable carriers to deliver orders within Canada, including Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: every order within Canada qualifies for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.
Paid Shipping: for destinations outside our free shipping zones, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
